Senior Resources Analyst
Christian Douglass joined the Council as a Senior Resource Analyst in December of 2023. Prior to the Council, he was a consultant for the Council’s Regional Technical Forum (RTF) for ten years, working on energy efficiency measure assessments, RTF modeling tools, and Power Plan analysis inputs. Before working for the RTF, he was a Senior Consultant at Navigant Consulting’s energy practice, working primarily on energy efficiency potential assessments and utility program evaluations. Christian holds a B.S. in General Engineering and M.S. in Systems and Entrepreneurial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
