Gillian Charles

Gillian Charles is a senior policy analyst specializing in identification and assessment of generating resources and technology alternatives for the Council’s regional power plans. Her expertise includes developing assumptions on cost, potential, performance, environmental impacts, financing, and construction of resources that are used as inputs for the Council’s various modeling tools. Gillian joined the Council in January 2008. Gillian graduated from the University of Oregon in June 2007 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor degree in Computer Information Technology.
