Jake Kennedy
Power System Analyst
Jake Kennedy joined the Council in December 2024 as a Power Systems Analyst. Prior to joining, he was a Planning Project Manager at the Energy Trust of Oregon working on energy efficiency resource modelling and GHG emissions accounting. He holds a bachelor’s in engineering from Virginia Tech and a master’s in Economics from Portland State where he also received graduate certificates in Computer Modeling & Simulation and Econometrics & Data Analysis.
