February 2022: The Council is beginning a careful and deliberate process to reopen its office and resume regular business travel in recognition that covid risks appear to be declining. Our trips around the region are critical to our mission of engaging with regional interests and these will begin again in March. We also realize that members, staff, and interested parties around the region face varied health risks and, therefore, it is critical that we offer ways to participate virtually in our public meetings and we will continue to do so.
While we are beginning a gradual return of employees to our Portland office, we have not yet opened the office for public meetings. We will update this page as more information becomes available.
