The Council reconvened its Conservation Supply Curve Workshop as part of the development of the Sixth Regional Power Plan. The purpose of this workshop is to review the key inputs, assumptions, data sources and methodologies that were used to construct the Sixth Plan’s conservation resource supply curves.
