About this meeting:
This will be the first in a series of meetings as we begin developing the Northwest Regional Ninth Power Plan. This first meeting will introduce you to the upcoming Ninth Power Plan, including the timeline and some of the new assumptions, analyses, and options for this plan. In addition, we will solicit your feedback on some of the early decisions being made regarding inputs to the planning process as well as datapoints being considered. This includes some global parameters (e.g. T&D deferral, line losses), an initial look at the preliminary DR product list, and a review of surveyed assumptions for demand response products by utilities in the region.
