The Council will hold a public hearing to take written and oral comments on the proposed amendments to the Columbia River Basin Fish and Wildlife Program on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Kootenai River Inn at 7169 Plaza St, Bonners Ferry, ID.
