Discussion on the Seventh Power Plan closes the 2015 Efficiency Exchange Conference

The 2015 Efficiency Exchange Conference held in Portland last month was an opportunity for people working to develop energy efficiency in the Northwest to share information and network.

The closing session focused on the Council's Seventh Power Plan, which is expected to be released in draft form later this year. Here's a video of the presentations, including some thoughts at the end by Tom Eckman, power division director:
